The BFP-400 profile has been developed for vertical use in combination with façade screws (all diameters). The profile is used in conjunction with the height-adjustable mounting brackets, which are used to suspend the façade cassettes by hooking them in. The pre-formed channels for the façade screw have been specifically designed and tested (tensile tests) to ensure perfect thread engagement and adhesion between the screw and the aluminium profile.
By means of the connectors / spacers These profiles can be joined together seamlessly to ensure they remain perfectly straight. These connectors/spacers ensure a fixed gap of 10 mm to allow for thermal expansion.
The BFP-400 profile is available at standard length or cut to size, available in pre-anodised (black) or unfinished finishes.
